He has been a board member of the Belize Sugar Industries and the Development Finance Corporation. He was once the Chairman of the Broadcasting Corporation of Belize. He has been elevated to the status of Senior Counsel. He was once the lead attorney for the three utility companies in the country of Belize.

Mr. Young is a member of the Bar Association of Belize, the Crimes Control Council of Belize and a member of the Better Business Bureau. He also serves on the Board of Director for the Belize Unit Trust and is an active alumni member of the college he attended. He has on many occasions been asked and accepted to be guest speaker and lecturer for events relating to the field of law.

Darrell Bradley:

Darrell Bradley is the most recent Associate to join Youngs Law Firm.  Darrell earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree summa cum laude, majoring in sociology and international studies, and a Master of Arts Degree, majoring in Public Administration, both from Saint Louis University in Missouri, USA. He later earned a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of the West Indies, Barbados and a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica. While pursing his education, Darrell earned several awards for academic achievement, leadership, and community service. Darrell is also member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor and Service Society, and was formerly Director of Youth for the United Democratic Party, Belize.  He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Central Bank of Belize and sits on several other committees, commissions, and Boards.
